I'm doing a little bit of everything these days--juggling my time between freelance writing, teaching Internet courses, and running Concilio Creative Group.
For about 9 months, I wrote and edited the Bargain Watch column for Internet Shopper magazine. I also wrote a column for Internet World magazine for about 3 years....it was called Found It On The Net.
A couple of years ago, I was writing Internet columns for the San Jose Mercury News. My columns appeared on Sundays, on the front page of the Computing section. I've also written Internet pieces for Web Publisher, Online Access, Sports On The Net, New Jersey Star Ledger, and others. Clips available upon request.
Oh yes, I'm also a contributing writer to the Microsoft Bookshelf Internet Directory, available at a bookstore near you. I've written nearly 800 of the Web site summaries in the book! ( I do this in my "spare" time).
And I authored one of the first Internet textbooks used in college classrooms. Interacting On The Internet, (publisher, IRWIN, now McGraw Hill Higher Education), was a 7-chapter college textbook intended for use in introductory Internet classes. There were exercises and pedagogical elements throughout the book to help teachers and students approach the Internet in a logical, context-specific format.
